how does a small bowl of rice + some veggies + a little bowl of soup + a little bit of maybe chicken or pork (about maybe 2 to 3 small pieces.. collectively about the size of a nugget)
for the whole day?
maybe that's why i've lost 12kg
now, munching on small things like raisins

i was too much in pain to eat... now, i think my stomach has kinda shrunk and i don't use enough energy to need to eat that much being at home...
maybe things will change when i go back to work hopefully next week
