in 1997, when i was working at the old Woodlands Checkpoint, a whole lot of us were dumbfounded when after the morning shift, we went to the lockers, came out and saw a cloud of smog move in from across the causeway...
we were planning to go have something to eat across the border but after that, without a word, we just went home
this year's isn't anywhere near as bad as that year... but the max was around 150 this year... -
