My way of dealing with the taichi masters is simply to accept, their taichi, since there really isn't much I can do about it. But I also make sure I get all the credit for whatever shit it is I end up doing for them. Which inevitably leads to someone higher up asking how come I'm the one doing it, which also inevitably leads to said taichi masters being asked some uncomfortable questions.
