pistols, right handed, left arm must be the one that stabilises the pistol...
rifles, same concept...
anyway, i was certified long ago on a .38 the cops use.. i find nothing different between the long and short barreled versions

The funny thing is, I fired both the M16 and the P226 during NS. Also the .22 during NPCC days. Go figure. -

That click when I expell a bullet from the chambers to clear that gun.
The broken fingernail from loading that bullet back into the magazine to be loaded into the chamber again. That self satisfied clack sound when you pull the slide.
