Seriously you will be amazed at the amount of people he makes use off and sacrificed. I shall not talk about the movie since there are people who have yet to watch it but in the manga he sacrificed his father to achieve his aim. -

I just walked with a colleague to the train station and took a different route to the neighbourhood mall and oh my, there are pretty houses in this neighbourhood!
Soooo lovely to look at! Especially if their gardens are neat and well-kept!

I think it's interesting lor coz the creators wrote Hikaru no Go before Death Note which is about the ancient game of 'Go' and the whole genre and storyline is so different
Death Note is so much darker and deeper compared to Hikaru no Go though maybe the similar pt is that the main charc both have a spirit than only they can see. I like the goth-like elements in Death Note -

elindra, I'm sooo happy! Today, after I microwaved my lunch and opened my container, the Aussies sitting at my table started to peek into my lunchbox and when another one walked in and asked, "What are you eating? What's that nice smell? It smells so delicious!" and they all chimed, "Yeah, what is it? Smells very good!", I was sooo pleased!
I'm still on Cloud 9!
