to actually do your job, you have to care about the company and the people in the company... make sure they are happy to serve the company... and THAT, is the tough part -
After a few months, someone tender the letter up wor. Coz that person given a MAJOR TASK TO COMPLETE and when you can't 'CLICK' wif other ppl, resign is the best way to 'save' ur so call super big reputation.
The next one who apply for this job, I bet, within 12 months sure ........
