  don't just eat that.. eat a variety of food to keep healthy and lose weight properly..
  
  if you eat one type, your body becomes deficient in certain stuff and becomes sluggish.. your metabolic rate drops and you actually end up eating less and gaining weight

  But yes, I do have a massage book that actually teaches folks to have their kids walk up and down a adults back.
  
  The weight of the child and the touch of the child somehows helps as a form of massage.
