  she just chopped up chocolate with something that looks like an Ulu knife
  
  now she's going to make the chocolate.. with heavy cream and full fat milk.. now custard 8 yolks, lots of everything bad for you...

  chocolate cherry trifle.....
  
  with chocolate custard... with chocolate cake sandwiches with black cherry jam.... cherry brandy soaking into all that chocolate cake... brandied cherries... and covered in chocolate custard...
