  one down... file is now with approving officer..
  
  he's okay coz he's been at the wars and will retire next year... should be a quick one.. once that is done, we can award the contract and off we go!

  also, waiting on an email by a vendor who was so blur, she called and said "i'll send you the poster to confirm that it's the correct one"
  
  then hung up..
