yah.. the curry and chilli powder must be good..
just allow it to marinate the chicken for a while, cook the chicken halfway in a dry pot with the stuff, then the coconut and potatoes..
allow to slowly simmer... temperature control is vital else coconut oil separates from the coconut milk..
