i guess you've fallen into that trap too..
the civil service isn't the gabrament.. it never was.. it never will be..
gabraments come and go, the civil service remains... to serve the people... no matter what the gabrament is.. in fact, it should be the duty of the civil service to stand up to the gabrament if the gabrament does something in violation of the constitution or the laws...
something we have all forgotten because the present gabrament blurred the lines and keep them blurred, and confused the people and continue to keep the people confused...
