Tried applying for a few secretarial job and a employment agency gal calls me.
I generally qualifies in most roles then any typical asian admin asst.
But the way that gal was telling me. I am like dirt under her feet. Just because I refuse to make demands on her on what sort of job I must insist on.
Whats wrong with folks about distance from home? When I ride & drive and holds multiple licence and can get a vehicle at a moments notice????
Whats wrong with me being able to take on any role, and she has to lecture me about looking down on receptionist jobs? And to mention experiences as a receptionist to command $2k pay?
You kidding me? I worked in Exxon MObil President's office. You want to tell me you really have a receptionist job that pays $2k? And you think secretarial training never teaches about recept work????????

And she dares to try to sound a bit uppity! In my mind, the phrase that pops up was: Dont tell me you have jobs, dont tell me you will consider me for whatever post you deem me suitable for, I DONT NEED YOU. I dont even want YOU TO EARN THAT EASY COMMISSION YOU WILL GET WHENEVER I WOW A EMPLOYER. -
