  Well, its now fixed.
  
  Tenants will move into my flat on 16th Nov.
  
  I will fly to Phuket on 01 Dec. Earlier if I can wrangle it.
  
  Now I wouldnt mind molesting sgforum's skinny bear as the last thing I do before I fly.
