i'll probably lose some more weight as i'm eating less than half of what i used to

Though I'm quite ashamed to confess that my friend and I, whilst waiting for the coach to arrive for our road trip a few days ago, sat in Starbucks and watched a BIG lady pace up and down the streets outside! Erm... can teach me your weight loss secrets or not? I've lost eight kgs since coming here, and have sadly, stopped at that.

simple.. be in so much pain that you cannot eat more than a mouthful for 2 weeks.. by that time, your stomach would have shrunk so much that you cannot eat much even if you wanted to

Come to think of it, I'm happy the way I am now. I lost all that weight cuz of all the walking I had to do. Everyday, I have to walk to and from work and I feel fitter now.
Also, cause lard-laden food is not so easily available, it's easier to eat healthy. So much fresh produce here, it's hard not to love eating the vegetables and fruits here!
Speaking of which, it's almost time for me to grab my dinner and eat my cherries and mangoes!
