  It don't even look delicious to me
  But I heard that the ugly angler fish liver is prized by the Japanese n that it is supposed to taste better than foie gras

  I like Hong Kong Style steamed fish. Mmm Mmmm! Especially Sea Bass tender sweet flesh.

  Deep fried I also liked.
  
  BUT i dont like fillets. I like my fish with head and tail unless fish too big to fit onto plate then bobian.

  if u have a child. would u give him/her an english name?
  i'm starting to feel that just giving a chinese name will do.
  
  i remember an article where this angmoh was wondering why we're giving english names to the kids when he felt that the chinese names were beautiful.
  
  when i asked my colleague, he said that kids might feel left out if they don't have english names. and parents don't give dialect names anymore.

  Yup I would give an English and Chinese name. My parents did that for me and my bro. My ic have my english name, dialect name, chinese name and in hanyupinyin too
  
  My parents were english ed so it's normal that they gave us an english name

  i dunno, but only now i'm starting to appreciate chinese names.
  maybe because i'm in the stupid organisation and most of the guys are more familiar with each other's initials.
