  sadly, i know what is going through the vendor's mind now but there is a part which must be changed..
  
  sometimes, i wish we could just let the vendor do their thing, then when they come to us, we do our thing instead of skirmishing with them all the way

  When I used to have to deal with vendors in the past jobs, i was nice to them, until i kena sabo-ed once....all bec I was taken for granted....so never trust the ang mohs on their promises.

  that's what my father did...

  As it is, it's difficult to find enough time after work to do the things at home, so I can't imagine us having scv... the house will become a dump.

  I have a friend who'd always, ALWAYS get her date or day wrong.
  e.g. she'd email -- meeting on 1/12/2006 Saturday!
  
  She'd get it wrong like 2 out of 3 times !
  
  We've become so accustomed to her style of email that we always double check her day and dates
