When my ang mo colleague came over here he said he realised that there is no chicken balls on the dish of any chinese resturant he goes too here
He mentioned a few other weird dishes and I went 'huh' -

But apparently to him Singapore Noodles is Char Kuay Teow -

Anyway after he came here he refused to eat the so-called chinese food back home

u get to see odd stuff when you r overseas. my groceries shopping r often a comedy trip - laffing at labels and threats frens to feed them with "singapore laksa"
(singapore laksa there is totally crap. the nissin cup noddles is better than what is served in resturants) -
when i was in melbourne, i only ate "chinese food" when forced to...
too much yummy food out there like cheap pizzas from wood-fired ovens, greek food, and stuff from the local greasy spoons like steak sandwiches..
why would i want to go get ripped off blind for crap they call "chinese food" ? -
