My god....then you will love PHuket Thailand.
They have 2 to 3 whole roast pig on display and cutting them to serve at local fairs.
The fat is soooo crispy you wont believe it.
They now serve deep friend pork knuckles at most restaurant.
Food is cheap if you have people that brings you around, we had lunch at a seaside makeshift restaurant thingy, where we sat on the beach on marble tables & chair. The meal cost less then 10 for the 4 of us. And there was so much leftovers! -
