my new guild has oready picked their 25man team. once BC is out there will be 3 teams of 25 man running instances. dkp, loot rulez are decided by the leads of the individual teams. it's like 3 guilds with the same guild tag. a pretty good system imo, cos the causal players can help out with any team while the hard core people have a sure place to go to.

That's what my guild is doing except we will be using the 0dkp system...or whatever you call it. It's pretty similar to pwn's guild system.
However the GM is still considering the casual players part
