I just realised that a lot of my postings is kind detached, simple and to the point.

Bear, you need to get out of that vicious cycle. I was sucked in becos of my mentor. Then it became a habit that all those fellas with craps on their shoulders make use of me and yet keeping me down so they can shine.
The new generation smart crabs, learnt enough from seeing us hard at work, that they do those stuffs you mentioned and fight for recognition themself.
And so they are now up and rising....and they throw those work to those fellas they groomed to do the hard work. -
