Grandmother use to have a collection she brought from China.
The jade bangle, it broke while I was on a uniformed duty. I had to throw away them pieces after some old folks advise me that it has done its duty and its bad luck to keep the broken pieces.
The rest of the jade i have is those donut shaped ones. And I only managed to buy some leather strings to string them for wearing like new fashion jewellery...
