reading the bottle of the "modified milk"
it says to consume contents within 3 days.. the bottle was consumed within 30 seconds

lunch was a handful of white rice (This time, I scoop them myself to ensure the quantity)
The its curried fatty meat with long beans. Dam Shiok. there was lots of mint leaves in there, so the flavour is like different!
Then there is those delicious unbreaded deep friend mini drumsticks.
I am stuffed.....yet again

after this saturday, i shall go on a proper diet...
and with exercise too
will go walk during the evenings, and eat properly during meals.. with that, i mean proper nutrition and also to try to eat slowly.. which is still considered way too fast by people -
... envy.... i hate this building, no good food. same old boring factory dodo. if this company wasn't good i would not have taken the job.
