Maybe its the purchasing office in Singapore that bid for the cocoa, have it shipped to Dezaan for roasting and then to MY for melting, shaping & packaging lah. -

the company brought the choco beans off the volatile commodity market.
Ship to SIngapore, roast, melt, mould or roll them and does the packaging in Singapore.
The army boys has better quality packaing. Theirs was gold inking. The general publick had gold bronzing edges.
They were also doing premium hand mould chocolates way before Sins or any chocolate boutique starts sprouting in SIngapore.
Those days, the premium chocolates are only sold in airport transit lobbys.
They also were the only distributes Toberlones or imported finished chocolates. I remember one shipment of Toberlones, was trucked to the factory from airport in a uncovered truck under our SIngapore hot sun
Most of the chocolates melted thru their packaging. Have to claim insurances.

Certain chocolates keep well enough in room temperature.
But the shipper either didnt realise about the product or our Singapore's sun. -

the #@&*$ pre-empted me calling up to rant at them.. they called me!
say that their script-writer will send the stuff to them then they will send it to me..
what i'm fed up with is that the stupid email server at work stalls some mail.. bloody mail by them was stalled for hours once... luckily colleague who was on the cc list got it first.. then a few hours later, i got it..
