Last time when I had a garden my dogs killed a 2 foot monitor lizard
Actually they kill anything that trespass into the garden
Found dead cockroaches and rats before too
Would have found a dead cat if we didn't rescue it -

Strangely, stayed in kampong time, didnt encounter any lizardy stuffs till I was way over 20, in the course of some patrol work time.
Guess the adults at my kampong are fairly protective and kills whatever way before us kids get to roam and encounter them.
The strangest thing was, I was bitten just last year....and you know SG lah..where got green grass and tress with snakes? -

There was this blue tree gecko that decided to rest on my dad's car which I decided to poke with my finger. Baby soft skin
Should have caught it as a pet

Now remembering last night.
Was msn with a fren. He is not really my fren lah. He was more a suitor for a g/f and I met up him to warn him against breaking my g/f's heart. Turns out, he never dated my g/f and my g/f was lying about how popular she is.
Anyway, made his acquaintance and we catched up and was chatting about Phuket and his business.
Then he decided he is better off visiting Bangkok and refreshing ties with his business contacts.
Then another fren contacted me to tell me Changmai had a earthquake and wondering how my father's properties is fairing in Changmai.
I relay the information....and my fren was worried and inquire about whether I am inland at Phuket.
I was very very touched, cos he was worried of the tsunami hitting where I am. Told him I am relatively safe, at the basin of sorts bwtween 2 island. Fairly sheltered from waves even though I am near the fishing boats berthing factories.
Other fren then got the updates to say that the earthquake is relatively minor. -

I mean a hammy looks cute but it's so tiny and it looks squishy and kinda icky actually that i'm so afriad i'll kill it

there is like 4 poodles in this house.....so I arent that homesick for animals.
After ah girl (mini schnauzer)....I only manage to keep a mini pincher but give her away as mom wasnt very happy with her.
Still, i miss ah girl. She went thru thick and thin with me... -

Turtles are cute too and I do like alligator snapping turtles

My friend has a chin and a dog and they get along fine
Her dog is a Papillion
I prefer a doggie but SO says no pets in the house unless you are keeping it in a cage most of the time -

1. What do you need to look after them
2. Do they need lots of attention?
3. How often do you need to change their bedding
4. Can you train them to do stuff
5. Do they bite
6. What do I have to look out for
7. Do they chew on furniture?
8. Anything else I should know?
