oh yeah.. like they are going to "consolidate" all the people with "expertise" so that all the bloody agencies can "share" them..
like if a guy in my department is great at video-editing, no way, no how am i going to let him be loaned out to others to do video-editing while his work piles up, to be shared out by the rest of us guys while he is over at another agency being stressed to hell...
and i would not want to grab someone else from another agency to do a project where his work will pile up... (but then, others won't care and will probably do it anyway)

And you will need a dryer at home for the kids clothes. No way you can afford to hang them up to dry in time for the next change.
I know...my sis had a hard time with me and brought a dryer for my mom to cope with the load when nephew was here.
Mind you, it was only 3 female adult & 1 baby! -

Where are they going to get the resources to fund sufficient social programs if governments are competing against each other to lower taxes? How do they live up to their responsibilities if they dare not insist on better working conditions and wages for fear of investors and employers moving out of their jurisdiction to elsewhere with a more forgiving government?

But will negotiations between governments be enough to produce these harmonisation points? So far, the experience has been discouraging. Trying to negotiate anything among (at last count) the 149 members of the WTO must be a recipe for madness.
