  read the &*$^# script again...
  
  the only part they got correct was lifted completely from an email i sent them explaining that part..
  
  then they immediately got THAT part wrong in the dramatisation
  
  a separate segment, i could have done inhouse with them showing stuff and a voice-over droning on..
  
  i feel like firebombing their office so that they are forced to come to us and ask for the contract to be dropped.. which we will willingly do right now because they have proven themselves to be barely-sentient
