At 1930, 2000, 2030, 2100, 2130, 2200, 2230, 2300, 2330, 0000, they would close Orchard Rd cum Orchard Link (The one near Ngee Ann City and Paragon) to traffic... And ppl can just walk to the junction to enjoy the street performance
60sec later, the crowds would disperse and cars would start moving again -
