the best thing is in the last 1 year or 2 the 96 have been switched to mostly non-aircon too i think. and 95 at an earlier date i presume.

Actually seriously only SG that has increase in non aircon fleet... Hong Kong every mth got bus svs getting fully aircon or more aircon buses

They'd wanted to bus co to follow SBS of dist related instead of the flat fare style in HK... But the bus co refuse saying it adds to cost and deployment of inspectors -

Actually if you maintain them it shouldn't be any prob, but law stated that public buses can only be used for 17 years... But LTA just extended it to 19 years anyway
Those on 90 also, but this year.. Kena extended till 2008 -

we gave them a picture and told them explicitly "USE THIS PICTURE"
and they had to go and change something on that picture... making it wrong!
in order to change that picture, they had to go and photoshop and dunno do what to it.. it's a great photoshop because we gave them a bloody jpeg and they had to remove some things and then add things..
BUT.. by doing so, the picture ended up WRONG!!
so what was so difficult about doing a cut and paste??
we've run out of innards, much less blood, to vomit out... -

on the topic of the dishonest vendor, there's this case where a vendor tried to sue dsta and got their case thrown out. they screwed up their own costing.
