i have to confess.
One time, I secretly let one fella into training even though he does not have the necessary educational certs. He really do have the drive and the desire to serve.
Anyway, I got a earful when it was found out. But not because he served badly. But because some folks was terribly insistent about all fellas must have full NTC 3 certs.
Now what is wrong with this picture? he served more then the average and even more hours. He did his duties beautifully and he got so many folks putting the thumbs up on how he manages public and his fellow VSCs beautifully.
He does fantastic work and he really was into serving.
And we look at those big shots, who dont turn up, but turns up for gatherings and meetings/seminars with other big shots, and turn in unsubstantiated hours sheet to say they were working from home?
Working from home? I know for a fact they were golfing with the big shots at those hours! And they claim that its work? (I caught them out, I was at the golf club also with other friends.)
These are fellas that has the educational certs. But so what? What have they contributed except to advance their sorry azzes.

I pity the operations for the work they put in and the crap HQ dishes out.
I pity the HQ also because most times, the craps arent really from them. The Middle Managements just distort everything to their advantages.
When ops juniors asked; Seniors ops says its HQ decisions.
When HQ asked; Senior ops says its ops juniors fault. -
On another note. I still have a ASP in limbo.
Cos, he is very young. The top old men are darn wary of him and is trying to insist that he starts as a Corporal.
I was like: 'Siao Arh! ASP Rank is issued by the ministers. You all bigger then the ministers iszit to demote him?'
Lots of big people are not happy with me.
