I think I put on more fats. even that 80* wacoal bra is too tight nowadays.

beer cant keep well
i forgot to say i got another stash of Guiness, unfortunately which seem to be forgotten by my dad and left rotting -
APB beer and stout is best consumed within 6 mths from production date, the only thing headache is Guniness Stout which uses a code instead...
Carlsberg can last for abt 1 year, or even 2 years if I can remember for Royal Stout

Carlsberg and ABC are now coming with this -
beer can't keep even for 6 months really ... the fresher it is, the better ....
after that the crispness is gone and it gets more and more bitter
