because it involves US visas, no jurisdiction... it's up to the Department of Homeland Security of the US... and they will look hard into this and probably get him detained if he turns up in the US..
chances are, terrorists use these "loopholes" to get into the country...
and you know how paranoid the DHS are when these things are involved...

If I look at his picture he sent me correctly (It was taken in China with some of his staffs). I think it had more to do with his 'China Tourists'. -
that would be up to the STB..
frankly, it's about jurisdiction... singapore has no right to do anything if the crime involves things like the US visa...
or it's a case of the police.. if the guy is ripping people off..
