yah.. depending on the size of the duck..
that duck was huge and the thicker the meat, the longer you need..
that's for the marinade to seep into the duck... usually about 3 days is enough..

Perhaps you can use the good food you cook as a "bait" to attract Mrs Bear

i'm too dumb to quit.. but story of my life remains: i'm always in the wrong place at the wrong time... and stupid things happen to me when there is opportunity such that i can't grab it when i can see it..
maybe it's all for the better so that when i do find someone who can put up with me, i'm never letting her go -

6:30am so i can shave and all that... Mass is 7:30am.. we're borrowing the auditorium of the school near the church because the church is going through some needed renovations before the ceiling falls in and kills one of us
the other Masses are at 9am and 10:30am
they're pretty packed so i've decided to go for the early one..

just a few hours... we are to man a booth to talk to the public... should be from 2pm to 5pm.. but the idiots want us to be there at 1pm.. we only need 3 minutes to set up the booth!
oh well.. it's a job... we do get time-off for these things

my section fought hard and long for that time off.. the management didn't want to give it to us but i think the division boss said that it wasn't fair as the section has only 3 people and we have to go do these things almost 15 to 20 weekends of a year..
and we have our other duties too..
