  We are out of eggs. I finished the last white just now, making the pork patties.
  
  And out of orange juice. And its still freaking Thursday in USA. Sigh.....

  fried vienamese spinach with belacan and marshed dried shrimps.

  I just checked myself in the mirror. Looks like I am looking fatter.
  
  And remember my dream.
  
  I dreamt that I was driving around somewhere, round a basin of lake or something and met a couple of friends at a kopitiam.
  
  Then I jokingly says that I have a Zoten Lotus car or something and my good fren request to drive it.
  
  I passed him the key, knowing I dont have that lotus. he and frens then went searching for that car.
  
  I felt very guilty lying to my friend like that, but pride dont seem to make me spit out the truth! I just kept sitting at the kopitiam, waiting for them to discover the joke and maybe walk off in a huff, or wishing very hard they do find that lotus by miracle and is driving around forgetting about me.

  aiyah......Cold enough but no one to cuddle up with.

  How to get rid of the muddy smell that comes after cooking the vietnamese spinach?
  
  Rice wine, oyster sauce only masked the smell. It does not get rid of that smell.
