we know her.. her company is 10 minutes walk away from my office
they've been good and professional... even when we had to put on them changes which are almost unreasonable, they try their best... that one one giant account at one time.. we didn't like the conditions they were put under, we were also put under but some people really high up are immune to humanity and logic.. still, they just knuckled down and tried to get the job done.. and it was delivered only a day late!
