  anyway, listening to the BBC World Service.. this lady was saying that clutter is a personal thing in the office and the bosses should have no say in it...
  
  she "doesn't file anything" and uses the time saved to do her work.. if she needs it, she just rummages through her clutter and usually finds it.. or just asks someone for another copy..

  I'm going to stay back late(so that no one to disturb me) to do all that myself. I was supposed to have cleared my clutter in December but was defeated by my own nuahness
