what i think is this : all it takes is just 1 person to dirty the toilet, everyone who needs to use it after would have to "perform yoga" just to avoid the dirt. in the process, more dirt would be added.
i believe most of the singaporean ladies from 15-55 have been well educated and would not choose to dirty a clean toilet. Sadly, the efforts of them being civic minded is overshadowed by some uncouth non-sg people who think nothing of dirtying the place their a$$es land.
therefore stop blaming singaporeans for the mess non-singaporeans make. hear that or not gahment

we did that cos his brother insists... and he offered to help us take all the shoots... cos we paiseh to say no hor.. (him n his wife helped us a lot from the flat finding to the reno and the rom thingy)

Actually hor, even well educated Singaporeans also dirty toilets ok. Civic mindedness and hygiene have very little to do with educational level and socio-economic status.

Just out of curiousity, do your clients sign a contract to allow you to post their photos on the website? Perhaps there's no such thing as privacy laws in Singapore.
