These days, I simmer instead of boil, but I do work up a really good, sustainable boil in the end, hot enough to give a good scalding!

Nah... it's not really as bad as it sounds. It's just good to be able to discuss about it when making an expensive purchase..... I can be an impulsive buyer sometimes so I need someone to talk me down and to tell me if the things I am going to buy are really necessary. -
