Commercial tennis wheelchairs cost at least US$3000 not including shipping... our aim is to build one for under S$1500. -

you know, i think those gathered on the outside for fireworks display on NDP or New Year could possibly outnumber those who actually visited the esplanade for shows and all that
maybe they should level it and leave the space so that it will be less squeezy to watch fireworks? -
