my boss has a one-track mind heading off a cliff
tell her a lot of things which are right, she don't believe me, keep telling me that i'm wrong, cannot be, "common sense tells you cannot" (but hey.. the common sense tells me her view of it is barking mad)
finally tells me to go get the case files and ask the people involved what it is like.. so i go do all the things like look for the files, talk to the people and all that...
result?
i was right... she was wrong.. dead wrong..
then.. ohh... that is why got then she pulls out a effing email she had which proved my point and said she forgot about that...
she was probably trying to see if that email she got was an anormaly and she was attempting to "show her superior thought processes"
thing is... 1 1/2 days lost on the wild goose chase..
oh well.. during my investigations, i found out that she was doing something wrong for the past 4 years
i gently and subtly put it to her and she went "oh.." and i left it at that
and to think she refused to believe me when i pointed it out more than 9 months ago.. and kept telling me it's wrong all this time
