i had Nasi Ikan Penyet
and no.. they did not smash the fish
good stuff actually.. the fish is very hot and was still steaming when it was served, the outside was crisp and the inside was firm and juicy... the sambal belachan was delicious and there was a little piece of tempeh...
oh... being friday, they also gave us an apple.. they said on fridays, got extra like today's is an apple, sometimes they give other fruit or cake

they are going to close regional call centres and outsource it all to India...
will someone please tell the asswipes who made that decision the sheer stupidity of something like that especially for a carrier like SIA which differentiates itself from the rest of the industry by professing that they have "better service"
i wonder if about 4 to 5 years later, after much anger by their ex-customers, they will go "Oh Crap!" -
