Not that bad cooking today.
Sis asked to add in a last minute extra dish. Minced Meat with Red Peppers.
So there was wintermelon with pork rib soup, Mince Meat with red peppers & carrot porridge for dinner. The family,including myself are still recovering from food poisoning, so I avoided spice, salt or too much old in the cooking.
Surprisingly, the little 14 month old loves the wintermelon diced up into the porridge. I told her its jelly. And the diced red peppers is orange jelly. She loves them. Was even holding my hands to keep the spoon in her mouth so she can savour every spoonful. I am so gratified. She probably is a vegetarian.
Brother in law was commenting that I should have taken some pics of my cooking and post them on blog. And hopefully, I can graduate to putting on kids diapers in due time.
Errrr.....I tried the diaper thing....placed my niece's legs all into one leg of her pants. She was like a mermaid
Then its all that wiggling around and turnng here and there. I sort of was huffing, puffing and almost couldnt make her put her pants on. -
