  uhh.. past 2 days, i was at some stupid seminar...
  
  all we did was attempt to become obese and get diabetes...
  
  we were plied with food and during the lectures and talks, there were bowls of sweets and chocolates being passed around...
  
  and chocolates were M&Ms, mini snickers, mars, bounty and other assorted chocolates
  
  so i kept eating
