my right knee still feels messed up..
2 other friends with messed up knees are trying to talk me into going to the chinese physician tonight...
their injuries are messed up ACLs... i'm not sure what mine is.. -

You may need to straighten out your walking stance, go for a suana & take some durietics like Boiled Barley Water/Porridge.
Wear a knee brace with warming gel in it and keep it at a slight angle might help?
And take glusamine something. -
probably not gout.. coz i know my knees are messed up.. they have been messed up for more than 10 years already
it's better than yesterday tho'
maybe it is just getting worn out.. or i overworked the ACL..
or could just be rheumatism

Our weekends activities don't vary very much from week to week and are usually including playing squash, grocery shopping, doing house chores, playing video games, church, catch up with my in-laws etc. It might not sound very exciting but it's just nice not to have to go to work and can spend time with my hubby

list of messed up parts:
- creaky neck which clicks too much
- past stress fracture on left shoulderblade
- clicky elbows
- messed up left thumb
- messed up fingers from being mashed by basketball
- slipped disc
- messed up left hamstring
- clicky knees
- loose kneecaps
- loose and clicky ankles
and i've not even started on the muscular problems or unreasonably high cholestrol levels -

can't slp till 1+, wake up at 430 and cry.... 630 doze off only to be awake by my alarm at 7 again...
