i'm under assault by the zzzMonster for most of the day and i've gotten a proposal done...
now about to start on a "framework" which will expand some responsibilities of my section and throw away some work at the same time

Anyone knows which brand of pans are good to use? Dowan non-stick type & not too pricey . Will be getting a wok for stir-fry, will be medium sized & round bottomed. -
