It's precisely cos of this that I am now buying a wok!
When we just started I bought a wok and a pan both non-stick... 1 month later I read that Dupont cancer report!! Blardee hell ($^^*#@$#
Decided to just use it for a year, since brand-new and guess coating is still stuck where it's supposed to be

after buying a few of these expensive pots and pans, she went back to using ordinary works and stainless steel pots
they do the job just well -

After being used to cooking with little oil, i dunno how to cook with big quantities of oil liao. -
Seriously I think in the end I still prefer to use the oven than a pot and pan
Only thing I use pots for are for stir-frying and stews and soups and steaming stuff
Rest of the stuff goes into the oven -
