Hmmm....I would only get a landed property because:
A) I need to cook outdoors
B) There is enough space for a Hydroponic Farm
C) I need to house a lot more family. -

It's really fun coz the birds actuall fly in to watch you cook and see if they can get some scrapes or the neighbour's cat sneaking in to beg for food -

I want a landed property because:
1. I will keep a dog if I have a yard/garden for it to run around
2. I want a koi pond
3. I want a big fish tank
4. I want a open air kitchen again!!!!
5. I want to be able to BBQ anytime I want!!!!
6. Good for kids to run around and they can explore the garden and learn about the insects etc (what I used to do as a kid)
7. I can have my own library again (Had to give away so many books when we moved into a flat

But I had a cat sneaking into our flat when we were in Woodlands
The only things I have seen in the rooms before are giant spiders (bigger than my palm) Imagine when you spray insecticide, you get a few dead giant spiders on the floor -

why i wan a landed property
1) BBQ outdoors!!! whoohooo
2) space for frens to gather for makan session
3) land in sg is always good investment
4) can plant my own pandan leaves, curry leaves, etc
5) i wan my own outdoor jacuzzi!!!

back from seminar and the connection is still about as fast as a sloth on codeine...
anyway, if the talk is still about kitchen utensils, use the points on your fuel card like the Esso-Mobil ones have to get free toaster ovens, steamers and whatnots...
these appliances in the house are from the fuel points card
i'm off to lunch... too lazy to change out of my bloody white shirt that is now so old it's "off white"
