  Anyway if go by public transport, best bet I think is to take a bus that goes down Bukit Timah Road (the stretch with Chinese High etc) and alight at bus stop near 6th avenue (dunno which one exactly but I'm sure there is one so just try to get the one as close to 6th as you can Look out for 6th Ave center/Guthrie House )
