Hmm... I'm supposed to write a short 750-word essay on the biofuels industry in Indonesia.
I've already written 500++ words, but I think it sucks. Pretty uninspiring and wooden.

apparently, the biofuel craze in europe is fueling a boom in palm oil in indonesian and malaysia, but that itself is leading to widespread deforestation and air-pollution ... (we know that in singapore very well, the haze) ... so it's ending up that biofuels are actually dumping more carbon onto the atmosphere than fossil fuels ...
go google for them ...

Yep.... and in fact the clearing and drainage of peatland for palm oil plantations adds a huge amount of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere.
