I just got a email & link from ScubaBabes aka Scuba Oasis.
They are holding a PADI Beginner & PADI Advance together for Good Friday for S$600+
A 3 night, 3 day event. Quite a good deal. Too bad I cant make it in time to take on that course leh. -

a course, even for non-local ones, shouldn't cost more than S$450 ... look up bear's recommendation ... mako has a pretty good reputation ... scuba babes ... I can't say I've heard of them .... -

anyway, seriously, do give those guys i recommended a thought.. they are not the PADI ones but the NAUI certification..
what is good is that these people know how dangerous SCUBA can be and are almost anal in their safety requirements..
frankly, i don't think 3 days is anywhere near enough for proper certification -
Friend is flying straight up to Seattle.
I have half the mind to fly up to Seattle, meet her for 3 days and then fly back to LAX and back to SG from there.

The troll launched a personal attack on me in the Whinehouse forum.
I totally didn't know about it until it was over - I was busy going through my notes. It took another mod to finally stop the nonsense.
I just hope it ends there. -

Ah lau, pitot, rainee, CuSO4, Starpup, and all the others.... if you're reading this, I just want to let you know that I highly appreciate your acts.
Whatever the case, even if my cover's blown, I still haven't done anything wrong, and no one is really gonna bother anyway. It's not as though I've posted some super-controversial posts or stepped on a lot of toes.
Oh well... back to revision now. Some things are more important than slugging it out with a troll.
