  actually its been liddat for 1 week.
  
  I was kinda hoping it'd go away. But this week many off days. So mayhaps spent too much time pangyaing.

  it does that.. mostly, you've suffered from Repetitive Strain Injury.. or RSI for short...
  
  you have been overusing the same muscle resulting in swelling and pain..
  
  got to rest lah

  i go on vacation, i get relaxed and the fatigue gets me.. and i SLEEP.. and boy do i sleep!

  was in Bali and all i did was drink, walk around to take pics and SLEEP!
